I felt like Rapunzel in the tower! The highest views ever, funky Jugendstil elements, and classic furniture made my stay pretty unforgettable. And yes, there was a TV, just in case I got tired of the fairytale.
Oh, the joy of climbing all those flights of stairs to reach my room in the sky. Not. But hey, who needs a lift when you can have a medieval workout?

I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location, right on the old city wall, was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff providing room service and helping with any inquiries I had. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini-bar and sitting area. I also loved the terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my visit truly memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and private sitting area. The hotel's proximity to the city center was a major convenience, with a shortcut leading directly to the bustling Marktplatz. The breakfast spread was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to secure a last-minute dinner reservation for us. Despite some language confusion, the accommodating staff made our stay enjoyable, even allowing us to leave our car after checkout. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and great location.

Staying near the historic city center, I enjoyed the hotel's perfect location. The hotel facilities were also impressive, and the cleanliness stood out too. The staff was very friendly and served one of the best breakfasts in any hotel.
Nothing to mention.

The hotel had a breathtaking building with a magical ambiance. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing us with maps and advice about the area. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The location was perfect and easily accessible to other parts of the city.
There was a floodlight aimed at our window that stayed on until 9 am. The lack of curtains at one window was inconvenient, and we wouldn't recommend visiting during summertime.

The building was like something out of a fairytale, and the manager even gave us a special tour! The staff were super friendly and gave us awesome tips on where to go. We had the best breakfast ever, so yummy! We also had a blast visiting the Hexentanzplatz Thale and checking out the Glass Manufacturer Harzkristall. And let's not forget the romantic evening stroll around the grounds, so dreamy!
We had a rad time at the hotel, but we wish there were more fun activities for party-loving teens like us.

Set in a historic building with beautiful decor and furnishings. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, including fresh bread and great pastries. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and a short walk to local shops and restaurants.
The lack of an elevator made dragging luggage upstairs quite a challenge. The rooms were a bit small and dark, with limited natural light.

This hotel is located in a very central area, just a short walk away from the market square and the historic center of the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern and stylish bathrooms. The breakfast is varied and tasty, with delicious patés and cheeses. the hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The lack of some modern amenities such as air conditioning may make the stay a bit less comfortable during hot weather.
