We had an amazing stay at Schlosshotel Zum Markgrafen! The old quirky style and history of the hotel made it feel really unique. Staying near the historic city center, I enjoyed the hotel's perfect location. The hotel facilities were also impressive, and the cleanliness stood out too. The staff was very friendly and served one of the best breakfasts in any hotel.

There was a floodlight aimed at our window that stayed on until 9 am. The lack of curtains at one window was inconvenient, and we wouldn't recommend visiting during summertime.

We had the best breakfast ever, so yummy! We also had a blast visiting the Hexentanzplatz Thale and checking out the Glass Manufacturer Harzkristall.
